This class is mixed ability and is not a drop in class.The class is more like a club as the students have been coming for many years. There are 4 places available at the moment. Tai Chi and Meditation with Terry Doyle a Benedictine Oblate with the world community for Christian Meditation will be delivering an afternoon of Tai Chi form and Meditation at St Peters Church Hall Elmwood Road, Monkseaton on Sunday Feb 18th 2018 1pm-5pm Tickets £20.00.
Terry has developed a programme of Meditation and Tai Chi to improve wellbeing. He works with the homeless and people experiencing addiction problems in Middlesbrough. Terry brings many years of experience to his workshops. His down to earth delivery and humour make for an excellent relaxing afternoon. From 4pm-5pm Relaxation and Yoga Nidra with Susan Johnson.
