Workshops
Review of The Yoga Jamboree Stannington Village Hall nr morpeth 22nd and 23rd October 2011.
The Yoga Day was a great success.
Keith Belmont talked us through The Tibetan Wheel, which was strong work. The Tibetan Rites with Chrissie Edge was a great combination. Both sessions were ended with Gill Gosling treating us to healing sounds, chanting and a gong bath.
Angela Griffiths gave a strong session and brought her Market stall with her and I opened both days with a visualisation on meeting your Spiritual Guide / presence. The raffle raised £50.00 for the poppy appeal and so when I received the positive feedback I booked the hall for next year!!
